Let anyone send a message about your asset — no account required

Each asset can now generate a separate public-facing QR code that anyone can scan to send you a message. No login required. The sender chooses from three message types — maintenance issue, incident or accident, or feedback and review — and fills out a short form tailored to what they're reporting. Up to three images or PDFs can be attached per submission. Messages arrive in your iMaintain Inbox linked to the asset the QR code belongs to.

Particularly useful for landlords placing a code in each rental unit, Turo hosts attaching a code to their vehicles, and HOAs posting codes in shared spaces — anyone with a smartphone can scan and submit without an app, an account, or a phone call.
