Assign tasks with clear ownership
Assign any maintenance task to a specific person. They receive an in-app and email notification, then accept or decline — no silent assumptions about who is responsible.
Add followers for visibility
Anyone who should be kept in the loop can follow a task — without being made the owner. Followers get notified when work is completed.
Everyone stays aligned
Completed tasks, uploaded receipts, and updated records are visible to everyone with access — so the shared record stays current without extra effort.
Nothing changes without confirmation. Assignments are never assumed.
