What happens to my data if I cancel or downgrade?
Your records stay in your account. You can export your full history as a human-readable ZIP at any time before, during, or after cancellation. No data is deleted when you change plans. If your trial ends without a subscription, your workspace becomes read-only until you subscribe. Your data is still yours.
Is there a free plan?
New accounts start with a 14-day full Essential trial, no credit card required. After the trial, subscribe to keep full access. If you do not subscribe, your workspace becomes read-only until you restore access.
Does the AI Copilot use my data to train its models?
No. Copilot uses your records to generate answers. That is how it knows what you have done, what things cost, and what documents you have. Your data is never used to train or improve the underlying AI model. This applies to all plans.
What if I need more than the plan limits?
Essential, Family, and Business plans all support add-ons after checkout to expand properties, vehicles, pets, and other capacity beyond what is included. You are not locked into the base limits if your needs grow.
Is there an annual billing option?
Annual plans are available at roughly a 17% discount vs monthly when enabled in our billing settings. If you do not see a monthly/annual toggle on this page yet, monthly billing applies today. Check back or contact us for the latest.
What is the difference between Family and Business?
Family is designed for households with up to 4 people managing shared homes, vehicles, pets, and belongings together. Business adds a 5th user, increases asset limits to 10, supports multiple teams (3 included), and includes priority support. Business is built for operators managing assets across a small team or portfolio.
