Teams now have a dedicated Providers section to view, manage, and understand usage of their maintenance service providers—the plumbers, mechanics, contractors, and other professionals they work with.
List and manage providers
- Providers list – See all providers in one place with name, contact info, maintenance count, and total spend
- Flexible views – Switch between small, medium, large, or extra-large cards, or a table view (same options as Vehicles, Pets, and Properties)
- Search and filters – Search by name, phone, or email; filter by entity type (vehicle, property, pet, belonging) and time range (all time, 12 months, 6 months, 3 months)
- Add providers – Add new providers directly from the Providers section, not only when completing maintenance
Provider detail and usage
- Provider detail page – View full contact info, address, notes, and rating
- Maintenance records – See all maintenance linked to each provider with cost and date
- Quick access – Click "View" to open the Maintenance History Details dialog; click the entity name (e.g., "2017 Volkswagen Jetta") to go to the asset
- Edit and remove – Update provider info or soft-delete when no longer needed
Usage reporting
- Maintenance count and total spend per provider
- Breakdown by entity type (vehicles, properties, pets, belongings)
- Time range filters for usage stats
