When you add a new property, space, belonging, vehicle, or pet, iMaintain now suggests relevant maintenance tasks based on what you're creating. Schedule proactively instead of remembering later.
AI-driven recommendations
As you complete each creation flow, the AI recommends maintenance items tailored to what you added:
- Properties – Seasonal upkeep, inspections, and property-specific tasks
- Spaces – Room-level maintenance (HVAC filters, cleaning schedules, etc.)
- Belongings – Care and service schedules for appliances, furniture, and equipment
- Vehicles – Oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and mileage-based service
- Pets – Vaccinations, grooming, vet checkups, and wellness reminders
Choose what to schedule
You decide what to adopt:
- Review the recommended maintenance items before scheduling
- Select only the tasks that apply to you
- Skip items you don't need or already handle elsewhere
Reminder control
Stay on top of tasks without being overwhelmed:
- Opt in or out – Turn reminders on or off for each scheduled item
- Lead time – When reminders are on, choose how far in advance to be notified (e.g., 1 day, 1 week, 2 weeks)
- Reminders are delivered by email and in-app so you never miss important upkeep
