International vehicles

• Add vehicles for supported countries with explicit vehicle-level country_code values
• Country-aware registration capture, including more tolerant non-US formats
• Vehicle values display using correct currency formatting
• Vehicles support the same workflows as properties, including schedules, reminders, history, files, and notes

Distance units and boats (mi, km, hr)

• Distance-based vehicles display and store usage in miles or kilometers as appropriate
• Boats display usage in engine hours
• Non-boat vehicles can switch between miles and kilometers, with automatic conversion of stored usage values so schedules, reminders, history, and calendar views remain consistent

Maintenance cost currency

• Maintenance history stores cost values together with cost_currency so amounts remain unambiguous and format correctly across countries
