Team workspace owners can now export their data on demand. Your assets, maintenance records, and files are packaged into a single ZIP you can keep and use without iMaintain.
Export your workspace
Create an export from Team Settings → Data export:
- Choose a date range (all time, last 30 days, last 90 days, or custom)
- Optionally include attachments (photos, documents, videos)
- Optionally include AI chat history
Exports run in the background. When ready, download the ZIP—it contains human-readable JSON and your original files. Exports expire after 30 days.
