Upload files to assets, add notes to tasks, and use AI‑powered search to retrieve anything fast. iMaintain Copilot can also use your files and notes as context to help you update details, find documents, and set up schedules and reminders.
Upload files to your assets
Receipts, manuals, warranties, and photos are most useful when they’re attached to the asset they belong to.
- To upload, open an asset (property, space, belonging, vehicle, or pet), go to Files, and upload from your device.
- You can also upload and attach files while logging maintenance so receipts stay connected to the work.
