Guided maintenance scheduling

Create and schedule maintenance with a new multi-step experience:

Record Finished Work (Copilot + Calendar)

Logging completed maintenance is now more streamlined:

  • New “Record Finished Work” dialog
  • Log maintenance directly from Copilot and Calendar views
  • Smoother navigation between scheduled and unscheduled work logging
  • Attach invoices, receipts, and photos to completed maintenance for easy reference later

Standardized multi-step flows across iMaintain

Multi-step creation flows now feel more consistent and polished:

  • Improved stepper UI across belongings, pets, properties, spaces, and vehicles
  • Cleaner spacing and button styles, especially on mobile
  • More polished file attachment + review steps

Mobile responsiveness improvements

A set of UI refinements make iMaintain feel better on smaller screens:

  • Improved header controls for lists (search, sorting, and overflow menus)
