Customize table columns
In table view, you can choose which columns to show (and keep the table focused on what matters for you).
Open a vehicle for details
Select any vehicle to open its detail page. This is where you’ll find everything connected to the vehicle over time—including schedules, reminders, history, files, and notes.
Rental vehicle workflows
If you rent vehicles or manage a small fleet, use trip records to keep rental dates, mileage, revenue, files, tasks, and follow-up work tied to the vehicle. This helps separate rental activity from general maintenance while preserving the full vehicle history.
