Overview
Vehicles are easiest to manage when important details stay connected over time—VIN, odometer/engine hours, service records, files, and history.
You can add any type of vehicle—cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats, and RVs—and optionally associate each vehicle with a property so everything stays organized by location.
In iMaintain, vehicles follow the same familiar structure as properties, spaces, and belongings: Schedules, Reminders, History, Files, and Notes. iMaintain Copilot can also use your vehicle context to summarize maintenance, find records, and generate reports.
QR codes and public messages
Each vehicle can generate an Asset label QR code for quick access to its record, plus a Public message form QR code for reports from people who do not have an account. For rental vehicles and small fleets, that means a guest or driver can report an incident, maintenance concern, or review while the details are fresh.
