Your dashboard
Your command center for what’s next and quick actions.
Overview
After onboarding, you land on your Dashboard. The first time you sign in, iMaintain also opens a Getting started checklist you can follow (or close). If you close it, you’re simply on your Dashboard and can continue normally.
What you’ll see
- Maintenance quick actions (create tasks, record finished work)
- A snapshot of what’s overdue, due soon, and recently completed
- A “Care overview” showing weekly trends (past + upcoming)
- Assets and plan/usage summaries for your workspace
Jump to sections
- Properties, Vehicles, Pets, Belongings: open from the left navigation menu (collapsible) or use iMaintain Copilot links to add and manage assets.
