Start fast with a friendly, step‑by‑step path. You’ll create your account, confirm your email, and finish onboarding. The first time you land on your Dashboard, iMaintain opens a Getting started checklist you can follow (or close) to add your first assets.
What you can do
Use iMaintain to build a living record for everything you manage: add assets, schedule maintenance, store files and notes, ask Copilot questions, and see what is due from the Calendar. Once your assets are in place, you can also print QR labels for quick access and receive public messages in the Inbox when someone reports an issue, incident, or feedback from a QR code.
