Use the export option that fits your label workflow:

  • PNG - Best for quick printing, simple signs, and everyday labels.
  • SVG - Best for high-quality print layouts, resizing, and professional label tools.
  • Print - Opens a print-ready label view from iMaintain.

Placement ideas

Good placement depends on the asset:

  • Put property labels near utility closets, HVAC units, water heaters, panels, or rental welcome materials.
  • Put vehicle labels in the glove box, service binder, fleet packet, or rental handoff material.
  • Put pet labels on care folders, carriers, or collar tag inserts.
  • Put belongings labels on appliances, electronics, tools, equipment cases, storage shelves, or valuable items.

Printing tips

Use durable materials when labels will be exposed to heat, moisture, handling, or cleaning. For public message form QR codes, include a short instruction like "Scan to report an issue." For asset labels, use language that makes clear access requires an iMaintain login.
