Overview
Ask Copilot to find nearby pros (plumbers, electricians, mechanics, vets, and more) based on your location and what you’re working on.
iMaintain also keeps service providers connected to your records over time:
- Providers tied to maintenance history: When you log or complete maintenance, you can capture who did the work (for example, a Ford dealership for a repair) so history and reports stay accurate.
- One place for everyone you use: Over time, iMaintain becomes your provider list across properties, vehicles, pets, spaces, and belongings.
Tips
- Include the issue and urgency for better matches (for example: “water leak, urgent”).
- After work is done, attach receipts, photos, and notes to the asset so Copilot can reference them later.
