Viewing providers
Browse providers in a list and open provider detail pages for deeper review.
Overview
Providers are easiest to manage when you can quickly answer:
- Who are we working with?
- Which providers are active across our assets?
- Where are the invoices, notes, and records tied to that provider?
iMaintain gives you a dedicated Providers section so you can review providers at both the list level and the individual provider level.
Provider list
The provider list helps you scan and compare service providers across your workspace.
You can:
- Search by provider name, phone, or email
- Sort by name, maintenance count, or total spend
- Filter by entity type and time range
- Switch between card and table views
Table view
Table view is useful when you want to compare providers across multiple columns.
Use Table Settings to choose which columns to show, such as:
- Name
- Phone
- Maintenance count
- Total spend
- Entity types
- Updated date
Open a provider for details
Select any provider to open its detail page.
The provider detail page includes:
- Overview for contact details, address, website, notes, and rating
- Schedules for provider-specific recurring or one-time tasks
- Reminders for notifications tied to provider schedules
- History for provider-related completed work and maintenance activity
- Files for invoices, contracts, receipts, and supporting documentation
- Notes for internal details, follow-up items, and context
Usage summary
Each provider detail page also includes a usage summary so you can quickly review:
- Total maintenance count
- Total spend
- How the provider is being used across your assets
This makes it easier to evaluate whether a provider is frequently used, lightly used, or becoming more important over time.
