Provider maintenance

Track schedules, reminders, and history for provider-related work and follow-up.

Overview

Providers often need follow-up of their own, not just contact details.

In iMaintain, provider maintenance is organized into:

  • Schedules: recurring or one-time tasks you want to track for the provider
  • Reminders: notifications before provider-related work is due
  • History: a record of completed provider-related work and activity

This is useful for service partners you work with repeatedly and for provider obligations you do not want to lose track of.

Schedules

Schedules let you plan work related to the provider itself.

Common examples include:

  • License renewal
  • Insurance expiration review
  • Contract renewal
  • Performance review
  • Onboarding or follow-up tasks

Use schedules when the provider relationship itself needs attention over time.

Reminders

Reminders help you stay ahead of provider-related deadlines without constantly checking the detail page.

This is helpful for:

  • Renewal lead time
  • Compliance follow-up
  • Contract review timing
  • Recurring provider check-ins

History

History gives you a record of what has already been completed for or with that provider.

This is useful when you want to answer:

  • When did we last review this provider?
  • What work has this provider completed?
  • What documents or notes support that activity?

Maintenance records linked to providers

Provider detail pages also show maintenance records tied to the provider, including:

  • Maintenance type
  • Date performed
  • Cost
  • The related asset

This makes it easier to understand how much work a provider has performed and where they are being used.

Everything rolls up to the calendar

Provider schedules and reminders roll up into your calendar so you can view them alongside the rest of your maintenance workload.
