Provider notes
Capture provider-specific details, follow-up items, and internal notes.
Overview
Notes are for provider-specific details that do not belong in a file name or schedule title but still matter later.
This is where you can keep context that helps your team work with providers more consistently over time.
Common examples
Provider notes are useful for details such as:
- Communication preferences
- Follow-up items
- Warranty or service expectations
- Performance observations
- Availability details
- Internal handoff notes
- Renewal or review context
Add and manage notes
Open a provider and go to the Notes tab.
Notes stay attached to the provider, making it easier to preserve context and avoid losing important details across calls, texts, email threads, or paper files.
Why provider notes matter
Provider notes help you:
- Keep internal context close to the provider record
- Capture details that support better follow-up
- Build continuity when multiple people work in the same account
- Preserve service knowledge for future work
