Overview

Notes are for pet-specific details that don’t belong in a schedule or a file name—things you’ll want later when planning care, traveling, or preparing for a vet visit.

Common examples:

  • Allergies and sensitivities
  • Food preferences and feeding notes
  • Medications and preventive routines
  • Behaviors, triggers, and calming strategies

Add and manage notes

Open a pet and go to the Notes tab. Notes stay attached to the pet and remain searchable.

Copilot can use your notes

iMaintain Copilot can use your pet notes as context to help you:

  • Answer questions faster (“What foods should Bolt avoid?”)
