Manage properties
Add homes and rentals, organize spaces, and set property-level reminders.
Overview
Properties are the foundation of iMaintain. They help you organize everything you own and maintain—by home, rental, or location—so schedules, reminders, files, notes, and inventory stay connected over time.
Once a property is set up, you can map spaces (rooms/areas), add belongings, track maintenance, attach documents, and use iMaintain Copilot to find information and generate reports without digging through tabs.
QR codes and public messages
Each property can generate two QR codes: an Asset label for authorized users to open the property record quickly, and a Public message form that lets tenants, guests, contractors, or neighbors send a message without signing in. This is especially useful for rental units, shared homes, and properties where someone else may notice an issue before you do.
Learn how to generate, print, regenerate, and disable labels in QR codes & labels, and how submitted messages flow into the Inbox.
